Orders placed Monday-Thursday are shipped within 72 hours. Orders placed Friday-Sunday are typically shipped the following Monday or Tuesday. 

Once shipped, USPS delivers in 2-5 business days on average. Holidays or other factors (weather, USPS technical issues, road closures, etc...) may delay delivery times. 

Orders are shipped with USPS. Your USPS tracking number will be sent to the email address provided when placing your order. 

Please note that weekends are not considered business days. 

We do not offer expedited shipping. 

Orders over $75 receive free shipping.

Orders are shipped to the shipping address you provide. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing order. You are responsible for any additional shipping costs to re-ship or re-route a package to the correct address.

Shipping errors caused by USPS are addressed by USPS. Call 1-800-ASK-USPS (1-800-275-8777) 

Packages damaged once in USPS's possession are addressed by USPS. Call 1-800-332-0317, extension 9, to request a paper claim form. You can also file a claim online at www.usps.com⁄help⁄claims.htm

APO/FPO/DPO Shipments

We ship thousands of packages to military addresses every year. These are shipped via USPS Military Mail as UPS does not deliver to APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Please enter your address by filling in the appropriate fields with your address info. Your city will be APO, FPO, or DPO (rather than the actual city), the state will begin with Armed Forces in the dropdown, and since there are considered domestic shipments the country for these addresses is the United States. Military packages normally arrive within 4-10 business days.

Our site utilizes fraud protection services. Orders made with differing billing & shipping addresses might be automatically declined. Your card issuing bank may decline a transaction due to their own internal fraud policies & protocols. CVC mismatches will also cause an automatic declination. Payments approved by your bank but declined by our bank or fraud service may take 3-5 business days to reappear in your account. 

Pickup orders must present ID & card used when picking up. 

If you placed an order to be shipped but scheduled the order to be "Picked Up From Store", we will contact you with the Shipping Fee Page ($10.40) & confirm your shipping address.
