Missing or damaged packages are insured up to $100 by the courier/mail service (USPS, UPS, etc). In the case of a missing or damaged delivery, claims must be made with the courier/mail service.
All Returns and/or Refunds Are Handled On A Case-By-Case Basis.

To Complete A Return/Refund, We Require A Receipt or Proof of Purchase.
Sale Items Cannot Be Refunded/Returned.
Please note that we cannot refund/return orders on the basis of preference. We can only refund/return items that are defective (e.g. Cannabinoid extracts tend to have a bitter flavor when added to edible products, if the product is free of spoilage we cannot refund/return orders due to disapproval of taste/consistency/texture. All of our products are tested for consistent purity, potency & effects, we cannot refund/return items due to disagreeance on potency or effects). Thusly, please contact us before placing order if you're indecisive on which products will be best for your preferences & tolerance, we will help you find the right products for your needs. We offer many trial sized items so you can try products before buying a larger amount. We cannot guarantee your satisfaction if we are not consulted before placing your order.
